Especially these ones, the owners are from LA and got tired of not being able to find a good West coast style burrito so started making their own. One of the things I do miss about living in Cali.

What’s a west cost breakfast burrito? I’ve only tried a couple breakfast burritos and was disappointed, they were basically just sausage and egg. I started making my own with hot country style sausage, scrambled eggs w/ el yucateco, cut up and fried potatoes with seasoning, peppers, onions, avacado, cheese.

I normally get a chorizo con huevos with their homemade salsa in a corn tortilla. There is just something about how they make the Burritos in LA that’s different to the rest of the country. I guess it’s kind of like how you can only get a decent bagel in NY.
